Sorry, jerk. Employees should be treated like employees: equal pay for equal work, equal respect ... and all that.
Nobody treats family as equals. The patriarch knows best.
I pity his employees.
And I apologize for not clipping the story so I could quote him by name. I was too stunned at the thought of my bosses treating me like a daughter instead of a professional.
